How much will OpusExpo edit my book?
Our editing team will revise what they see fit, which may take up to two months. We don't intend to make any drastic changes - after all, it's your book and we intend to keep it that way.
What is your publishing time frame?
From the time you send us your manuscript it could take between two and five months to be accepted for publication. If accepted, then it can be published within three months after that point. Simple and efficient.
How will my book be priced?
The price of your book will depend on many factors. Our team will estimate the success of your book's public reception, which is the leading component in the pricing stage. Other potential factors include genre, length, subject, and more.
How will readers find my book?
The sole mission of the OpusExpo marketing team is to sell your book. Through outdoor advertising, internet marketing, periodical publications and other channels, we will promote - and sell - your book. Just leave it to us.
Will my book have cover art even though its an eBook?
Of course! Your book will have an electronic cover. In fact, our professional in-house design team will create your book cover at no cost to you. After all, every book is judged by the cover. We know it's true.
How much will I be paid?
As an OpusExpo Author you are paid 25% of the net sales of your eBook on a monthly basis, once 25 initial copies are sold. The more popular your book, the greater your royalty payments are each month.
In addition, if your book is a great seller we may choose to make it one of our Bestsellers, displaying it on the front page of our website. Or we may put advertisements for your book throughout the website. At the end of the day, the more the readers enjoy your book, the more money you earn.
If I publish with OpusExpo, am I selling the rights to my book?
No - it's still your book. When you sign the Author Agreement during the publishing process, you grant OpusExpo exclusive publishing rights to your book for a period of two years. Once that year is expired, you may choose to renew for another period, or withdraw your book from the OpusExpo collection.
Can my book be pirated?
To combat digital pirates, and to better protect your work, we will be utilizing the latest security features in all eBook publications. These features include limited downloads, printing not allowed, copy & paste function disabled, and prohibition of any editing of the document, among other security measures. |
